How will I know that my order is being processed?

As soon your order has been recieved in the store’s backend, we will send out a confirmation email to the address you provided with your order. Occasionaly this might take a little longer, so please allow up to 1 hour for the confirmation email to be sent.

What if I did not receive a confirmation for my order?

Make sure to refresh your inbox and double check all folders – Including promotions and spam, just to be on the safe side. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at cs@a80paris.com.sg.

I have placed my order. Can I make changes?

As soon as your order has been received and your email confirmation has been sent, we are unable to make any changes to either your items or order details. If you wish to make any changes after the processing of your A80 Paris order, this must be done either through a return or an exchange. Please take a look at our returns policy for more detailed info. In case you want to add more items to your order, simply place another order.

When will my order be delivered?

We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Processing & shipping times vary depending on the delivery method you chose. Our orders usually ship within 10 working days. These estimated times may be affected by unusual circumstances and extended during busier times of year – We will update on any delays we’re aware of.

I made a mistake in my shipping details, what can I do?

Orders are processed immediately. Once sent, we are not able to make any changes to the shipping details you entered with your order. Please double-check and make sure that the address and contact information you provide with your order are accurate, correct and complete.

Can I cancel my order?

As soon as your order is received and your email confirmation has been sent, we are no longer able to cancel your order. What are the terms and conditions of the VIP A80 Paris Membership?

The membership is complimentary. Services provided under the membership, including hair styling, are complimentary as well. However, the company reserves the right to discontinue these services at any time, with our without prior notice.
